Horticultural Consultation
Survey the property
Charlie will walk your property with you and her clipboard to properly survey the landscape. She'll help identify already existing plants, look for signs of problematic insects or disease, and make recommendations. Gardens change as they grow, so you can tell Charlie what you want to see, and she will help you get there. Initial garden consultations are $125/hour and follow-up consults are $100/hour.
Discuss garden goals
During a garden consultation, Charlie will discuss your goals, areas of your garden that are and are not working, and plant preferences. She will determine what level of yard maintenance is possible for your ability, lifestyle, and budget, and what your vision can looks like now, in five years, and ten years.
Garden coaching
A garden consultation can be like having your own private garden coach for an hour or longer. Charlie will show you what needs pruning and how to do it, talk about different plant options, give tips for seasonal maintenance, and more. Garden coaching sessions are $100/hour.
